I was very impressed with...
Liked: The manager on duty, Martie was incredible. It was quite early in the morning and when I needed to get change made from a $20 bill, he was very friendly and personable. Later in the morning when I was checking out, he was just leaving as he was then off duty, but he still took the time to greet me.
Disliked: Hot tub could have been warmer.

Whitefish Gem
Liked: 24 hour pool, 24 hour shuttle to downtown. Staff were awesome!
Disliked: Hot tub could be a bit bigger, and the pool was loud with kids..but that's what they are for! Not a big deal..totally coming back!

Liked: Quiet, clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff. Handy shuttle to downtown -available 24 hours was a great addition to the stay, plus pool is open 24 hours. Cookies in lobby in evening were a nice touch! Full breakfast of great variety available each day. Coffee/tea/chocolate etc always available.
Disliked: I understand we need to respect the environment and change practices but just miss the daily housekeeping. You run out of things, garbage needs emptying, etc. And when it is cleaned in the in between days it is really just straightened up, not necessarily cleaned, and items that were available in the beginning weren't, (makeup remover, new bar of soap (we ended up using shower gel as our soap dwindled to nothing), etc. I had to get TP from front desk. Just an observation.
