Good place to stay if...

Liked: Clean well kept property.
Disliked: Did not appreciate having to put down a deposit on my credit card in addition to paying for the room in advance. They indicated if the deposit was not refunded “check with your credit card company”, so up to the customer to deal with that. Not impressed. The worst thing was the fire alarm went off in our room as we were about to go to bed. It was absolutely deafening. We called the front desk immediately, and were told that the maintenance guy “is shared with another hotel and would be contacted”. After my third call, when I indicated I wanted a refund (which i didn’t get) and was going to call 911 if someone was not there immediately. The fire alarm unit appeared to be defective as after the guy removed it from the wall, it was still going off. This all was not acceptable.

Liked: Staff was very helpful. Front desk person, Bianca was very patient and answered all our questions (surrounding area, amenities and gave suggestions.). Will definitely stay again

Liked: A comfortable hotel in a very good location. The hotel is always clean and the staff are generally very nice, polite and professional depending on who is working on any given day. Overall it is a typical, newish hotel with decent facilities. They do try hard to provide all the comforts of home. The room was especially comfortable, clean and very accommodating. Would recommend...
Disliked: The pool used to be a lot warmer but they have turned down the temperature again. It is too cold especially during the fall and winter months. The breakfast is not especially good. Generally the hot food is tasteless. Unfortunately it is the typical hotel breakfast with very little imagination. We often abandon the included breakfast and head for a local restaurant.
