Exceptional staff, clean and renovated...

Liked: We were blown away by the staff at this hotel, above and beyond, friendly, helpful, kind… and it wasn’t just one person, interactions with all of the staff were exceptional! We arrived early off a cruise ship and were welcomed well before checkin, but our bags were stored and a key to the pool for a swim was offered. We were looking to do a bit of laundry, but the dryer was broken - worry not, we were offered the opportunity to have our things dried in the hotel dryer. These are just a few of the many examples of the staff who were working to make our stay comfortable.
Disliked: Really, nothing!

Great for an overnight stay.

Liked: Only stayed 1 night and it was perfect for that. the room was clean and comfy, everything we needed for our stay.

Liked: breakfast was ok. nice perk to have. beds were really comfy, staff was wonderful.
Disliked: pool was small. shower had issues draining and with the plug.

Exceptional

Disappointed all the way around....

Liked: The location to Busch Gardens
Disliked: The beds were hard as rocks and it isn't in the best of neighborhoods.

Disliked: The room had a horrible smell, they switched the room but the smell was still there. All other hotels where booked so there was no other options.
