Liked: The property was in a good location
Disliked: There were people arguing in the room above us. Although the night clerk knew about them, they did not kick them out until 5:30 AM. I received very little sleep that night and had to travel hundred miles that day. The best they could do with offer me some points off of my next day, which would be approximately be $25. Since they are so much more expensive than Booking.com, they essentially offering me nothing. I complain to corporate and they did nothing.

Liked: The cleanliness as well as location.
Disliked: It wasn’t really a dislike, however on the cover of our room key our room number was written and the check out time written said 1020. So I had to ask exactly what time is check out. It was confirmed that check out is at 11.

Incredible staff and beautiful views...

Liked: Water/coffee in the lobby; incredibly helpful staff - always available and consistently doing more than required; great location near freeways and Victoria Gardens, breakfast had variety and was kept clean; beautiful view of the mountains.
Disliked: I like that the rooms are scheduled for cleaning every other day, but it would be nice to have towels swapped out every day.
