Liked: The breakfast was decent, with a decent variety of food available. The coffee was cold though, not great given the cold weather. The room was clean and what we expected.
Disliked: The heater did not work, so our room was quite cold! Fortunately we had warm comforters, but for what you pay for a Hampton Inn you expect the heater to at least be in working order. The staff were not particularly friendly, but not outright rude either I guess. The closet door is placed so that if you open it you can no longer access the bathroom. Very silly design.

Liked: Nice location, room was nice.Front desk and housekeeping staff was wonderful. Our room was kept clean and it was very spacious. Lots of amenities in the room as well.
Disliked: Not the hotels fault but ppl let their kids jump and run all hours of the night in the hallway. Walls are super thin and can hear everything on your floor. Hotel issues, our toilet seat was broken and never fixed. The buffet was mediocre. Never stocked and when asked for coffee, eggs etc the kitchen staff was not happy they had to do their job. Our shower was broken. Water came out but it squealed like a caught pig the entire time any of us showered.

Adequate

Liked: Can order food 24 hours a day…..Had an unexpected snow storm during the night for which I was not prepared but the inn had available supplies to clean off cars and make life easier to deal with the weather.
Disliked: Had an overnight stay and so looking forward to a great sleep after driving hours, but the mattress was like sleeping on a board…my back and neck bothered me terribly the next day….they also need better pillows.

Very convenient, clean and friendly...

Liked: Matt at the Front Desk was very friendly and helpful. I've stayed here before and have always liked it. Felt safe and comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast eggs could be better but overall it was great stay.
