Exceptional
Liked: very accommodating to allow pets. this made it very convenient to include her in out family trip.love the continental breakfast! always a win.
Disliked: the indoor pool was a little on the chilly side. but did not stop the kids from jumping in but did not stay as long as we normally would have. but the facility was very clean and seating in there was nice.

Liked: I like the location as I visit and stay multiple time a year.
Disliked: Room had an odor when I arrived, staff did attempt to spray freshener but odor returned and also there was a live water bug in the toilet. I was able to flush it before it got out and didn't see any more after that one.

Liked: There was nothing special room was dark and not clean. Tub was slippery. Pillows were stained. Did not get a receipt for my transactions.

Liked: The King Suite was a nice size. The wet bar worked out well for me. I did hang items in the closet space. I loved the shower but I wanted a bathtub for this trip since it was about rebooting.
Disliked: I did not have a bad experience.

The Hampton Inn in Knightdale...
Liked: The breakfast was great. The breakfast staff very friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond expectation.
Disliked: I had requested an early check in due to a 2:00 wedding and I spoke with the hotel directly. The customer service representative that I spoke to arranged for the early check in and noted in his log so that it would be available. My reservation was for 2 queen beds. Upon arrival I was told they did not have any rooms available at that time, but I informed them of the conversation I had with the prior front desk customer serve agent and told him it was noted in the logbook. I was given a room, but when I went to the room it was a king bed, I immediately contacted the front desk to alert them of the mix-up and told him I did not have time to deal with it then, but he sent the housekeeping staff to rectify the situation.

Liked: Breakfast was good, a variety of food. However, no meat for non pork/beef eaters. Area was clean and spacious.
Disliked: No meat for non pork/beef eaters.
