A good stay for a...

Liked: Beds were comfortable, sink was great for 2 people, enough mirrors for each of us to use, not too loud.
Disliked: Water pressure was not great, outlets didn’t work, the bathroom floor wasn’t swept

Great staff, horrible room maintenance,...

Liked: Close to our volleyball tournament, friendly staff
Disliked: There was a hair on the "clean" sheet the we inspected upon arrival, horrible water pressure we could barely rinse our hair in the shower, daughter brushed her teeth and said mom don't use the water it tastes like mold, none of our trash can had trash bags.... water barely trickled out of the bathroom sink.

A no pleasant stay.

Disliked: Advertised price through Booking is a joke. The rooms were cold when arrival, one room it took over 30 minutes to warm up the room. The suite took over 1 hour and 1/2 to warm up the room. They are things to fix and improve on the rooms to make it a good impression.

Passable

Liked: Room was clean and breakfast was as expected for hotel breakfast, nothing special. Staff were polite.
Disliked: Paying upon check in was horrendous. I swiped my card three times, after being told it declined every time, only to check my bank account and find it completely drained due to MULTIPLE charges from the hotel. Had to contact bank to get that back because hotel staff could do nothing about it. Ended up paying in cash.
