A no pleasant stay.

Disliked: Advertised price through Booking is a joke. The rooms were cold when arrival, one room it took over 30 minutes to warm up the room. The suite took over 1 hour and 1/2 to warm up the room. They are things to fix and improve on the rooms to make it a good impression.

Liked: I like the location in parking
Disliked: Refrigerator did not get cold did not have a ice bucket toilet backed up two nights in a row

Passable

Liked: Room was clean and breakfast was as expected for hotel breakfast, nothing special. Staff were polite.
Disliked: Paying upon check in was horrendous. I swiped my card three times, after being told it declined every time, only to check my bank account and find it completely drained due to MULTIPLE charges from the hotel. Had to contact bank to get that back because hotel staff could do nothing about it. Ended up paying in cash.

Great value and I felt...

Liked: I liked the location, cleanliness, and closeness to attractions. The hotel was close to food and entertainment as well as a shopping district. The location also was attractive to look at, easily accessible by the expressway, and a few minutes from the casinos and food locations on Kennedy and down Indianapolis Boulevard.
Disliked: I didn't like that there was only one person on duty when I arrived and she seemed to not necessarily listen to my needs as a costumer. She overcharged me the $75 holding fee and when I tried to tell her I think she charged me twice, she dismissed my concern. Then, shortly after, when I checked my account and the charge was there twice, she had clocked out for the night. I had to wait until I checked out in the morning for the next employee the fix the issue. This was stressful because the double charge on my account utilized money that I had allotted for other things.
