Liked: The morning front desk lady was awesome. Location is perfect
Disliked: My kids had a roach crawling on their pillow. They took the video of it while I attended my handicap son. The front desk guy was very aggressive and wasn't very understanding or really cared about the roach. I went down after attend my son. He was very aggressive. I went down to get the mobile key on my phone. He program a key and threw it at me. I had two room at this location. He threatened to kick us out. If I didn't have a handicap son I would left. I had 3 day reserved. So we stayed one night and when to a Marriott location and had a great experience and awesome service. A person like that representing that establishment is very unprofessional and a total unappreciated for his customers and his employer.
