Terrible 1st night!

Liked: The air conditioning in our room the first night wasn’t working and it was in the 90s that day. The hotel was overbooked so we couldn’t move to another room. I will say that the young lady at the front desk was very nice and tried everything she could to fix the issue, and of course maintenance had already left for the day. So needless to say, we didn’t get much sleep as we sweated through the night. 😠. The hotel didn’t even compensate us in any way. Thankfully, the next day we were able to move to a room with working air.
