Liked: Very pleasant experience with the front desk representative. She efficiently checked us in while informing us of the hotel pet policy. The hotel was immaculant. The breakfast was delightfully delicious. Having hot chocolate, tea, etc. available in the lobby upon returning to the hotel made for a cozy welcoming feel.
Disliked: The heating unit in our room (220) was blowing considerable cold air even though the thermostat was set above 72. And the refrigerator was not cold even though we set the dial on the highest setting. We didn't report those things while there because they didn't diminish our visit. There was adequate bedding to keep warm and we got ice from the 1st floor to drink our favorite brands of tea and apple juice.
