Overall really good, especially the complimentary morning breakfast.

Liked: Very new updated facility; loved the outlets where we could charge our phones; also the barn door bathroom door.
Disliked: The only disappointment was that there were not any make-up remover cloths available, even at the front desk. We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Red Deer in July this year and they had them. I purposely didn't bring my own as they are usually provided.

The bathroom was huge compared to many hotels we have stayed in and the continental breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Disliked: I booked this hotel because it was "pet friendly." But no mention of extra cost. When I checked in I was charged an extra $100 ($95 plus tax) to take my little dog into the room (6 pound dog that is kenneled. Excessive cost!

Liked: I liked the close proximity to the university and I liked the breakfast buffet. The room was quite comfortable.
Disliked: The breakfast bar should have a wall closing it off from the cold that comes in everything the outside doors open.
