Overall really good, especially the complimentary morning breakfast.

Liked: Very new updated facility; loved the outlets where we could charge our phones; also the barn door bathroom door.
Disliked: The only disappointment was that there were not any make-up remover cloths available, even at the front desk. We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Red Deer in July this year and they had them. I purposely didn't bring my own as they are usually provided.

The bathroom was huge compared to many hotels we have stayed in and the continental breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Liked: Only good thing was that the second room we were moved into was nice, clean and bed was comfortable.
Disliked: First we asked to be in a No pet room when we booked and then when we arrived within 30 mins of being in the room I had a reaction and called down and sure enough we were in a Pet room. We also booked mainly because of the pool but I couldn't even use it because it was under construction and the access to the shallow end and with the proper railed entry was closed off? Like totally unsafe if you asked me as now there was only 1 entry and exit to the pool and it was in the deep end. Also all windows were boarded up and it was VERY dark in there. Also NOT happy that online it states Fresh Fruit Salad but there was none when we were there and when we asked about it they said that's only offered every other day. And worst of all they are flying an American Flag outside but not a Canadian WHY is that?

Liked: This hotel has all the basics ticked.Location is great.Rooms are adequate.Breakfast is basic but has ok hot and cold selection.Coffee available all day.Very close to the tube station.Real fire in the main hotel lobbySmall pool, waterslide and gym.Business centre.

Disliked: Over a period of three weeks I asked the property probably 10 times for my receipt. Every time they told me it’s either not their responsibility or they somehow literally/technically can’t do it. I reached out to Booking.com twice to seek assistance. Booking.com wrote them twice indicating that it is the property’s responsibility to provide me with the receipt. The property did not respond. I paid in advance through Booking.com. Something I have done many, many, many times – apparently I’m a genius 3 level. As most people will understand, I need the receipt for my employer to be reimbursed. I paid the money in good faith but the property completely failed to produce this most basic requirement of a transaction. Obviously, I’ll never stay at this property again, and for what it’s worth, I offer my warning to anyone else considering it.

Liked: Great location, decent pool and heated underground parking which is hard to beat in winter time! Rooms are clean, breakfast is good, price was fair.
