Liked: Nice hotel from the outside as well as the inside.
Disliked: Room had no working heater, the toilet did not flush properly and the fan remained on all night even though I complained to the front desk but was not able to have someone come to my room to check it out or fix it.

Liked: The staff were absolutely divine. The cleaning level was extremely basic bedding never changed once in 6 days about throwing covers and wiping the bathroom
Disliked: Cleaning was not good. Bed too soft and not good for your back. Quality of breakfast unbelievably awful and too much processed foods

Disliked: I didn't like that our doorbell seemed to be connected to another room and every time they rang their doorbell it rang in our room.
