1st time I was disappointed...

Liked: the in-room accomodations were wonderful once we got INSIDE the room. Clean and adaptive for handicapped, once we were able to unload our things. The noise from guests were somewhat quiet once we were able to get settled, was close to elevator and ice/laundry room.
Disliked: Your minimal handicapped spaces were awful! I had to drop my husband off and park next door at another hotel's handicapped space. No carts were available to unload items from our car, so I, an elder myself, had to make three trips from car, to the 3rd floor, to a handicapped room, once I walked my husband up there first. The lobby was full of running children, and the television was broken/unusable. A mechanic came up and was unable to get it working. The woman at the desk was friendly, but clearly overwhelmed with all the chaos in the lobby by a large family of people eating and letting their children run up and down the handicapped ramp like it was a slide. I was very overwhelmed and exhausted by it. This is the first time I have been disappointed with a stay at a Hampton Inn facility. Once inside the room though, it was lovely (minus the unusable tv), Breakfast was fine.
