Complement and complaint

Liked: Very clean
Disliked: I was charged a second time for stay. Once when I made reservation and then on my stay at the hotel. Trying to get it straightened out.

Great for the price and...

Liked: Beautiful inside and out, the landscaping was very nice, very well maintained
Disliked: The shower was visibly dirty and there were mold spots on the ceiling do the shower, you can see where it has been patched previously. There is definitely some kind of mold though.

ENJOYED MY VISIT!!!!!!!!

Liked: the staff was exceptional!!!!!!! Had a procedure done on my back, staff constantly offered they're help which was very thoughtful. I wish to THANK the staff for offering help. Would give this hotel high ratings!!!!!!!!! THANKS AGAIN!!!!!!!
Disliked: NOTHING

Over all it was Great...

Liked: The room was very spacious and quiet and the Breakfast was Awesome
Disliked: The bathroom sink didn’t have hot water

Liked: I’m a big fan of all Hilton hotels! Just love the energy. I love the brightness of the lobby. It smells good and it’s affordable.
