Best hidden jem

Liked: The staff very friendly. Dawn who helped me with my late check in was just a pleasure to talk with prior to my arrival. She went above and beyond to accommodate me and my mom (who is in a wheelchair). She even to offer an upgrade to our room. I was very happy to be able to meet her in person during breakfast. Thank you again Dawn for everything you did for us. Camille the young lady who took care of us during breakfast was very sweet. She accommodated me and my mom kindly. I believe the gentleman who checked us in was named Ola. He was very sweet and checked us in quickly he also gave us a little recommendation for a late dinner. Chelsea thank you for your kindness and a fast and easy check out. This staff is one of a kind. I have never been to a hotel with every single person is kind sweet and so respectful. Thank you so much and looking forward to coming back in June I wonder if I could copy it

Liked: EZ check in check out. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: the shower and bathroom were dated. it needs an upgrade.

It was ok but was...

Liked: The breakfast seems awesome. I cannot say much about it because I don't eat meat, but it did look good.
Disliked: They should not turn off the internet until the customer leaves the room. I was told that check out is 12 noon but the internet was turned off at 11 am and I did not get to finish my work because they did not not know how to get it back to the room and they did not have another way to get me back on.
