Liked: Fantastic customer service, we had some issues with our room they sent an engineer to the room unfortunately they couldn’t fix the issue but they moved us to a different room without a hassle, fantastic customer service honestly… and the breakfast was good better then other hotels I’ve stayed at for sure

I would possibly stay here...

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. I loved the view from the top floor. Very convenient location in the Perimeter.
Disliked: Check in time was 3pm. I did not arrive until 4pm. However, my room was not ready until about 4:30. This was disappointing as I was exhausted from my road trip. Also, I was unhappy that there was no microwave in the room as I thought there would be.

Probably won’t be back.

Liked: Location was good. Food was good. People working there were helpful.
Disliked: My room could’ve been cleaned on the 2nd day. There were no clean towels. 2 small baskets in the roomwe’re overflowing with trash. Mold in/on the showerfloor.

Variety of breakfast each day....

Liked: Different days have different meat for breakfast so that was a plus. It’s served eggs, 2 kinds of waffle mix, cereal, potatoes. Juice, coffee, water, and lime juice. Oatmeal with the fixings. It was a variety of choices to choose from. We loved the stay the hotels stay on top of it if we needed anything. It helps to let them know what you want. The bed was super soft and the pillows was even better. We loved everything about our stay the staff was amazing. Everything went smoothly with check in. They knew what time we were arriving. This stay made it so way for us. Plenty of places to eat around. Driving to places was not far at all. We will coming back in a couple of months we can’t wait!!! Thank you for all of your hospitality, we celebrated our son 2 birthday as a family on our first trip and honestly it was a superior experience. You don't owe us nothing. We were pleased to stay here. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend.
