Very good

Disliked: Ice machines on floors 5 & 6 did not work & there was not any notification that they were inop.Yard crews started leaf blowing on our side of the bldg @ 0730.Fire alarm in room(s) went off @ 0930 for at least 1 minutes - no explanation or apparent reason.

Liked: Fantastic customer service, we had some issues with our room they sent an engineer to the room unfortunately they couldn’t fix the issue but they moved us to a different room without a hassle, fantastic customer service honestly… and the breakfast was good better then other hotels I’ve stayed at for sure

I would possibly stay here...

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. I loved the view from the top floor. Very convenient location in the Perimeter.
Disliked: Check in time was 3pm. I did not arrive until 4pm. However, my room was not ready until about 4:30. This was disappointing as I was exhausted from my road trip. Also, I was unhappy that there was no microwave in the room as I thought there would be.
