Dirty room, asked for clean...

Liked: Spacious room
Disliked: Didn’t clean room the 3 days we were here. Had to ask for fresh towels Refrigerator in room didn’t work. Bugs on bathroom floor. Dirty ring in bathtub

Liked: I really liked the breakfast options. They had more options (like breakfast potatoes and toppings for waffles) than other places we have been
Disliked: I wish the breakfast hours were a bit longer, especially on the weekend. Maybe breakfast until 11am on the weekends?

I would NEVER stay here...

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Our room smelled of dog urine, the carpet was filthy, the bathroom was filthy, in the morning we noticed an ant infestation in the desk area and bathroom. The desk clerk was unconcerned about our issues.

This hotel and staff was...

Liked: The staff was friendly and professional - the breakfast was tasty and enough variety was available to choose from.
Disliked: There were a couple areas that seemed a bit dusty or musty - in the hallways - but not terrible. My room was just great.
