Really great stay. Beautiful historic renovation with a great room for my daughter and myself. We ate at the Century restaurant and it was delicious. Owning 3 restaurants myself I am the worst critic and every dish we ate was really very good. Great staff and overall excellent experience.

Disliked: Breakfast was supposed to be at 0630. At 0645 nobody had showed up, so we left.

Liked: The complimentary breakfast and the friendly staff upon arrival.
Disliked: The fact the shower had an almost floor to ceiling window in it. The window sill in the shower was covered in mildew. The television needs to be upgraded to a smart tv .

NOT the Tutwiler of old

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: From the front desk to the valet, the staff was genuinely horrible. Valet was never there, did not see calls via the app for service, and reeked of weed. The front desk staff overnight checking in was incredibly rude. The day shift wasn't much better. The whole attitude was that guests were an inconvenience. This is very far from the Tutwiler I remember. Also, it's gotten really run down over the years and has not been updated.
