Best location if you going to Symphony Hall less than 5 minutes walk. Easy for an Uber or taxi ride. Walking distance to get lunch or dinner. The hotel also has bar for a quick cocktail!

Liked: The room was excellent and value for your money. The breakfast was great - although I didn't have any, everyone seemed to enjoy it!

Liked: The location was excellent, The breakfast was good, The friendly staff were awesome & The cleanliness of the hotel was on point.
Disliked: The lobby is on the top floor. Instead of being on the bottom per usual checking in or checking out, it was a bit much to do. We had to use our room key just to press the floor number that we wanted to go to each time we got on the elevator, we understood the concept, but after a few times of doing this, it becomes annoying. Breakfast was always crowded & the dining area is very small, not much room to fix ur breakfast nor to sit & eat. The driveway for the valet area to bring u ur car or for u to bring ur car back is super small, hardly no room to maneuver in that area.

Worth Half the Price.

Liked: Location was perfect. A 5 minute walk to the concert venue. Staff was friendly and efficient. Nice beds and shower.
Disliked: Downton Atlanta is loud. We were on the 12th floor and traffic noise was well past 2Am. The AIR CONDITIONER. This was the most loud and intrusive ac I've ever encountered. Woke us everytime it EXPLODED on. We finally just turned it off. Shower was good but the towels. I've stayed at many hotels at a fraction of the price I paid here. They either never heard of fabric softener, or they're trying to save money. Sand paper rough. Breakfast was average at best.

Liked: Almost all staff were friendly and very helpful! The location was great, and I liked that the lobby was on the 20th floor. I also like the room and its view, it was comfortable and it had a microwave which was nice.
Disliked: A lot of the things at breakfast ran out with 45 minutes until the breakfast ended which didn’t allow some people to get things like oatmeal and waffles. Also, before checkout we had housekeepers knocking on the door at 9am asking if they could clean even though we were told we could checkout by 12pm. They came to knock 3 more times before we finally checked out.
