Just a little bummed that we paid for a room wth a fridge and microwave and our room did not have this and by the time we checked in it was too late to change rooms because we had to be somewhere.

Liked: The room was clean and overall a very nice place.
Disliked: We were in the wrong room - mine said it had a fridge and microwave; our room however did not and we were charged the wrong price.

Liked: Convenient location to Blossom. Comfortable bed and nice bed linen. Clean. Courteous staff.
Disliked: Water had a funny taste.

The venue (Blossom Music Center) is in the middle of nowhere. There is no hotel shuttle. If you are flying to the area, it is probably cheaper to rent a car than to take a taxi! My taxi from the Akron airport to the hotel and then to the venue was $75 plus tip, and the trip was less than 20 miles. My return taxi to the airport was $40, plus tip, but I had to wait two hours for the taxi to pick me up. Blossom is a beautiful venue, so it was all worth it in the end.

Liked: Nice, quiet hotel. Clean; friendly, helpful staff.

Liked: Very clean rooms; breakfast was good; friendly and efficient staff.

Besides the problem with my ruined dress, the hotel was very nice.

Disliked: I tried to use the iron in our room on my white dress that I was planning on wearing to the concert, and brown liquid came out of it on my clothes.
