Disliked: the staff... the supervisor,a lying person, she came to my room with a bad attitude to verify that there were 2 small dogs when I had reported it, she lied to me and told me that they had complains, totally a lie , I had just come back from walking with my dogs, when I went to complain to the front desk she told me that she was only adjusting my rate, and at the final invoice she charge me twice!!! I told her her I will put a bad reviews and complain and her answer was. " thats Ok"

Disliked: Don't like having to pay for parking in their parking lot. $20 a night! The bathroom sink faucet should be centered for ease of use

GREAT HITEL

Liked: Clean, great breakfast, nice pool, great location, comfortable beds, a very modern and clean Hotel. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Although it didn't create any problems at all, all charges should be shown up front. I'm not crazy about the verbal surprise additional fees at the desk.
