Calm, everything was clean, bathroom...

Liked: Friendly staff, snacks and continental breakfast available.
Disliked: Lack of parking spaces

The room was great, but...

Liked: Liked the location. It was central to the activities we had planned.
Disliked: At check-in was told there was a $50 deposit for incidentals. Called ahead to say that we had a pet, but front desk person had no notice during check-in. Was not told about parking fee (apparently there was a very small sign on the front desk). Front desk area flooring was being replaced and had a large section closed off, right in front of the desk. Out of coffee every morning of a 3 day stay. Out of milk in breakfast area, out of syrup for the waffles, out of hot food 1 1/2 hours before posted end of breakfast time. No one at the front desk during morning check-out. Only 2 bath towels in room. Can't believe that Hilton/Hampton is ok with the service at this hotel. This is the second, and last, time we will stay at this hotel.

Liked: The staff were nice. Especially the young man in the late afternoon. Sorry I did not get his name.
Disliked: In our first room our automatic shades did not work. One would rise the other would not so the young man gave us a different room on a lower floor
