Liked: Clean, staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: Nothing really, suitable for late night arrival from airport. Not a place you would stay for days without a car

Liked: This facility was awesome. Clean, great amenities and location.
Disliked: The cost per dog was excessive. The cost for traveling across country was expensive as is but to be hit with 50$ per dog for less than a 24 hour stay. Our dogs remained in the kennel for the entire stay. I suggest you accommodate responsible pet owners and refund a portion of funds. The hotel cost was 123$ for 4 people and the dogs stay was $150. How does that make sense and right when no damage was accessed?
