Liked: This facility was awesome. Clean, great amenities and location.
Disliked: The cost per dog was excessive. The cost for traveling across country was expensive as is but to be hit with 50$ per dog for less than a 24 hour stay. Our dogs remained in the kennel for the entire stay. I suggest you accommodate responsible pet owners and refund a portion of funds. The hotel cost was 123$ for 4 people and the dogs stay was $150. How does that make sense and right when no damage was accessed?

Disliked: Would not change my reservation over the phone and told me I needed to do it over bookng.com and then never responded to 2 requests submitted via the app. We had to postpone our trip and requested new dates, but we were charged the full amount for our stay. Even had they been unwilling to change our dates (which would have been unreasonable on their part), we should have only been charged one night.

We enjoyed our stay!
