Great experience - hotel was clean and very hospitable.

Would not return nor recommend.

Liked: Location was convenient.Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: No luggage rack in bedroom. No magnifying mirror in bathroom. Drapes did not close completely to shut out parking lot lights. No paper or pen near phone for notes. My CONFIRMED room given to another guest. Hotel was extremely noisy at all hours, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Etc., etc.

Liked: Breakfast was fine. Quiet. Close proximity. Manager called me to let me know I booked the room incorrectly- a huge thank you for seeing that and making sure we had a place to stay 2nd night.
Disliked: I had to plunge the toilet after every flush! Holiday staff at time of our check in - did not know where plunger was. Had to wait until shift change to Get said plunger. Sofa bedding was torn. PS- Hate room layout re: barn door bathroom.

Liked: It was close by my job
Disliked: When arriving there was an issue with check in and Tammy was overly rude about it. Took over 30 minutes to. Check in because the person at the desk had no idea what she was doing which she was new so no complaint to her at all but when she called Tammy for help Tammy was rude to me and wanted another card to charge when the room was already paid for and when I got upset she had the audacity to tell the girl at the desk to cancel my room because I was irate. I requested house keeping in the room for fresh sheets and towels and for my bathroom to be cleaned. I got fresh towels that was it. My toilet was used and not flushed, not thrilled at all when arriving back to my room and there is poop in my toilet and something sticky all over the counter. The bed was not even touched, a bottle of Gucci built perfume was taken off the table in my room so someone helped themselves to my belongings as well. 600 dollars for a 3 night stay and I am not happy at all. I fully plan to contact Hilton corporate to file a massive complaint

Liked: Always a nice room.
Disliked: Wish the lobby was more for people gathering to hang out. We traveled with friends. It would have been nice to hang out together down there. I didn’t see any lounge.
