Disliked: Bed sagging in the middle and was uncomfortable. Breakfast could of been warmer. Only ate breakfast on the first morning there, went out for breakfast after that. Furniture in breakfast area stained. Shower temperature control would not stay in comfortable setting. Shower had to be either too hot or a little too cold

Overall, our short stay was...

Liked: The staff was responsive to any request. 1) We requested extra towels, due in part to our room not being cleaned and the request was filled quickly. 2) The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
Disliked: I was disappointed that our room was not cleaned and it wasn't made clear that we had to request room service if we stayed only 2 nights. The breakfast, including the coffee, was subpar (the coffee light selection may as well have been tea). The breakfast was loaded with too many sugar-laden options and offered no fresh fruit selections. The juice selections on the first day were very watered down, though better on the second day.
