Fulfilled my needs.
Liked: The staff was very helpful in giving me a late checkout time which I greatly appreciated.
Disliked: The first room I was given smelled of smoke but the second room was good. The breakfast needs improvement but I didn’t leave hungry.

Disliked: We got picked up by a Hamptons shuttle bus and ended up at the wrong Hamptons hotel. At no stage did the driver ask any of the 4 people on board which Hamptons they were going to. All 4 people on board were meaning to go to the alternate Hamptons. The reception at the hotel said there had already been 6 other people that night who got shuttled to the wrong hotel (perhaps there is a problem with the system). The shuttle driver then found his voice and offered to drop us to the other hotel if we would all pay him at least $10 each. He said this was very dangerous for him and he could lose his job (I think he at least needs some lessons in customer service and making sure he has the right customers). Overall it was quite a negative experience. It made me wonder if the driver was deliberately not checking where people were going to so he could then make money on the side taking them to the other hotel.

Liked: The staff were exceptional at accommodating both of my special requests.
Disliked: Shuttle only goes to P4 and not Terminal A or B, C.
