Disliked: My room was dirty upon my check in, there was hair all over the place, bathroom, Bed and the room floor

Liked: Shuttle staff member on our return trip to airport was amazing! He did a great job and very personable. Only having one lift working slowed things down. Hotel did serve it's purpose when we arrived late and needed to rest. The bed was perfect for us, and there was definitely no roll together!!

Disliked: Ammenities mentioned microwave but didn't mention it was on the lobby floor (I was on the 8th floor)I didn't experience the "hot breakfast" since it didn't start until 6AM and I had to leave earlier. I did notice it was in a very small space.

Disappointing

Liked: No bar, little lights in room. Ice not on 2nd or 3rd floors. Staff was nice and helpful though

I would recommend the Hampton...

Liked: Buffet breakfasts were GB excellent. The food was varied and filling and the staff was most helpful.
Disliked: Since this was my first hotel stay in about 25 years, I could not fault anything. When I found that the bed in my room was too high, I was accommodated with a room for the handicapped lower bed, higher toilet, more grab bars for safety. Since I use a walker, it was most helpful.
