Clean no frills hotel perfect...

Liked: The breakfast was just okay but the room was good size and very clean. Basic needs were met. No frills.
Disliked: Better shuttle instructions. We can in very late s d had to take a taxi for $40 since we couldn’t find the shuttle spot.

Liked: Great location, rooms are very well appointed with everything you need, excellent beds.
Disliked: The staff, while helpful, appeared to want to be anywhere but there. I never saw a smile from anyone at the front desk. EXCEPT: kudos to the driver of the airport shuttle, he was joyful and helpful, even at 5 a.m.

Great but ending was horrible.

Disliked: The shuttle to the Airport was ridiculous. Shuttle doesn’t go to the terminal. That would make sense. Shuttle went to airport to get on a tram. OK You would figure THEN to the terminal NO!! then a bus to terminal!!!!!Ridiculous!!!!! Should have been told that it would take longer. Even though I left early still missed flight!!!!Totally not worth being close to airport for that stupid process. A cab would be better.

Liked: The check in was Swift, hotel room spacious, ample towel and good amenities. The included breakfast was good too. Overall very good experience!!
Disliked: The water fountain was bit slow, took almost 15 mins to fill 3/4 bottle. Also generally it would be great if the schedule of shuttle is shared at time of booking. We waited and called hotel too from airport but didn't get response. Ofcourse the shuttle picked us up eventually. Rest everything was great !!
