Comfortable, clean, conveniently located hotel.

Liked: Very clean, bed was so comfortable, polite staff and good breakfast
Disliked: No ice machines. Had to go down to lobby to ask for ice. Very inconvenient.

Excellent location

Liked: The location is excellent with Times Square and the subway being close by, but the rooms are cramped and too small. Breakfast is decent and cleanliness levels are very good.

Pleasant

Liked: Well located near Times Square.The room was pretty small but adequate it you're out most of the time.The lifts really are inadequate for the number of guests at busy times. We frequently resorted to the stairs, just about OK on the 12th floor, not practical for those on the 30th.The breakfast was quite limited, and the breakfast room(s) too small. It was also quite disappointing that the staff failed to direct guests that were standing up to eat while waiting for a table to a further (unsigned) downstairs room that did have some extra seating.
