Disliked: i know it's NYC but the room was TINY. no real space to place toiletries in the bathroom. the bathroom door was just a sliding door so no real privacy and it got stuck halfway trying to close the door.

Disliked: It was a nightmare getting up and down from rooms in the lifts. They didn’t account for how many people were getting in and there were often really long waits. Rooms were very small.

Amazing location, perfect for city...

Liked: I loved my stay at Hampton Inn by Hilton New York Times Square - great location (right across Times Square!), friendly and helpful staff, nice and big enough room with all necessary facilities. Reception is open 24h, which is very helpful (especially when your flight is delayed for hours), there is a small store in the lobby and WiFI works good.
Disliked: Breakfast tends to get a little crowded at times, but hey - that's New York, crowds are to be expected, and hotel staff is helpful with advising about best possible time to eat. Other than that - a perfect stay.
