Check-in and check-out was very smooth. The room was very clean and surprisingly quiet. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Every type of breakfast food you could want, and they even had some gluten free options.

Great hotel for Business Meetings...

Liked: Location in Manhattan is perfect to explore the city. The breakfast is delicious and the staff very friendly.
Disliked: It's a sad fact that in 2024 you still get paper plates and plastic utensils for breakfast.

Liked: It was not my first stay at this hotel. I liked the convenience of being able to have a good breakfast at the hotel, the cleanliness, access to the business centre and the location. All the staff were helpful. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.
