Disliked: For a place so adamant about checking in at 4 , the rooms aren’t very clean . We found dust on the lining of the doors , windows , bed frame and lamps. Toilet had weird brown stain in it as well and bathroom door was coated in some sort of powder?

Liked: We loved everything about our stay. Primarily, all the staff were incredible.NOTE: One incredible moment happened as we arrived. We are both seniors. As we were leaving our car to check-in, we were carefully trying to navigate the snow that had fallen the night before, and was covering some parts of the parking lot. One of your staff witnessed our struggles and came to us and used her hand to grab my wife's arm to carefully help her to safely reach the hotel entrance. We were so very grateful for this unselfish act. We wish we would have gotten her name. This speaks highly of the integrity of your personnel. Every single staff member was always so kind and helpful. Well done, Hampton Inn Louisville East - Hurstborne!!
Disliked: We were in a room that had a modified bathroom. Perhaps that was why we had limited closet space. That was my only suggestion.
