Liked: My family and I ended up here because we hit a deer, everyone is safe and well. Every staff member was so helpful. Upon arrival they gave us bottled water. There was hot cocoa and cookies available for all guests close to the front desk. As well as a cold water dispenser, coffee, and hot water for tea and hot cocoa available across from the front desk at all times. They were ice and water machines located right by the elevator. All of which is included on your stay. They have snacks available for purchase.We caught a glimpse of the pool which looked amazing. The lesson I learned from our trip is to always pack a swimsuit because you never know when you will need it.When we needed an extension on our room due to still awaiting a rental car, they were able to make it happen.They serve breakfast from 6:00 to 10:00 a.m. everything was amazing. There was an attendant who was keeping up with everything the entire time. My family and I went down at two separate times even close to 10 and everything was fully stocked each time.
