Liked: The fact that I confirmed our spot for the water park before our trip but then was told that it was not included when we got there was actually very disappointing
Disliked: The receptionist was very rude

Liked: The staff was excellent, breakfast was pretty good
Disliked: The refrigerator in my room didn't work and wasted 20 dollars worth of food because of it. The discount pass to the water park wasn't much of a discount after paying over 200 dollars a night for the room. The policy of closing the hotel pool from 5pm to 5am is ridiculous is that to force your guests to the expensive water park. The staff made us comfortable but I won't come back.
