Liked: Breakfast was good, the staff was nice and very clean!!
Disliked: Using the key for the elevator, need to be more aware of or staff may need to remind or let people know.

Great stay

Liked: Nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and we loved the waffle bar. Water park next door was great. It is not included with the price of the stay but the hotel desk will give you vouchers for discount tickets. My daughter playing in a softball tournament at the Genesis Sports complex, this hotel was right in front of the complex. I would recommend staying at this property for those playing at the fields.

Hotel and staff were amazing....

Liked: Staff and hotel was great.
Disliked: Softball team staying at hotel were loud and disruptive. Barking dogs disturbed us all night. Front desk was very understanding when we left early for a family emergency. Water park is expensive.

Liked: The hotel was clean. Tori and Leigh was amazing life guards at the water park and helped my daughter and myself. The breakfast was great too.
Disliked: I didn't like that the water park wasn't included that's the reason we booked the hotel at 130 a night when there were other places for way less and better value with paying extra for the water park..

Good but expensive!

Disliked: I didn’t like that in booking.com it advertised it with a water park but then it cost to use the water park as well as the fairly pricey room charges.
