Liked: The breakfast selections were excellent. I'm a Campbell University graduate, so the location was perfect.
Disliked: A lounge chair had a stain on it, but I did'nt use it.

Great hotel but disappointed

Liked: Location, clean, good breakfast
Disliked: We paid for 2 nights but only got to stay one due to the snow/ice but did not get a refund when other families in our group did. We travel all the time and we understand policies well and have never asked for something inappropriate or unfair. These were very extenuating circumstances and we were there for a basketball tournament that the first night of it didn't even happen because of the weather. We literally could not get there because of the roads the first night. We deserved to get a refund for the first night.

Liked: It’s close to the i95
Disliked: We booked a king suite and they couldn’t provide us with enough pillows for all of us and we had to go down to lobby to get extra blankets they wouldn’t bring it up to us

Adequate for one night

Liked: The breakfast was good, I enjoyed the egg fritata and sausage. There was also redskin potatoes, waffles, and the standard complimentary breakfast options. The room was clean, and everything was functional. The location is very close to the highway for easy travel. There are a few fast food places close by as well.
Disliked: There was no microwave in the room. If you needed to use it, there was one in the lobby for public use. There was also no ice machine on the 2nd floor, so we had to use one on the 1st floor.
