Opened door to room and found people in it. They gave us new room keys, but they hardly ever worked. They did give us some free stuff - they gave me a debit card the manager said it would fill my tank, but it only had 20 dollars on it. That doesn't get my truck off empty. Not a very good stay - might as well have stayed at the Red Roof Inn .

Liked: Walking distance to Nutter Center.
Disliked: Room was occupied.

We booked a room because we were attending a concert at the Nutter Center. Hotel Staff was very friendly, rooms were nice and comfortable. We were able to walk and get food at a nearby restaurant and walk to and from the Nutter Center for the concert. Breakfast the next morning was very good and there was a great variety to choose from. Overall expierence was great from the beginning to the end!

Worst Hampton we stayed in...

Liked: Close proximity to where we needed to be. We are Hilton Honors members, so we gained rewards by staying at a Hilton hotel.
Disliked: Carpet was filthy in room. No free water at check in. Person at check in not very welcoming or informative. No decaf coffee out at breakfast. Beds were not comfortable. Bathroom extremely small compared to other Hamptons we’ve recently stayed at during our trip.

Liked: The location was great. Close to food and for the arena as we were attending an event. The beds were comfortable and spacious bathroom. Loved the amenities in the bathroom. Breakfast had good variety each day
Disliked: There was no microwave in the room, which was what I was needing. The door to the room would stick. The elevator is in such a weird space making it difficult to navigate the cart carrying luggage for a family of 4.

Liked: Friendly staff. 2nd day breakfast was good.
Disliked: Room was small and smelled like it had just been sprayed with a pest control substance. 1st day breakfast was horrible.

Disliked: The bathtub need to be replaced it was stained badly.
