The staff was great, need...

Liked: The staff was great and gave great customer service. I like the blueprint of the hotel.
Disliked: What I didn't like was the Hampton Sign from the street was not visual for view. It was hidden behind some bushes and if you didn't pay great attention you would have missed it. I suggest that you move the sign closer to the street corner so your guest who is not familiar with this area will be able to know when to turn into the parking lot. My bathroom was dirty. It was hair in the shower wall and it just made me want to vomit. As we were watching TV, it kept glitching and it was delayed when people talking didn't match.

Liked: The staff was extremely nice and helpful .Also liked the location .
Disliked: The room was pretty beat up. No nightstand on both sides of bed , looked to be torn off. Furniture was all stained . Cabinets were coming apart . Pool area was not maintained at all. I actually picked the cushions up off ground which were filthy and fixed all the chairs while at the pool. No flowers in pots , just weeds . The hotel has potential.
