Clean property, Professional and courteous...

Liked: Prime location to University of West Georgia
Disliked: I was in room 319- The bath tub stopper was not effective, water would not stay in tub. ( Minor inconvenience) but did not ruin my stay. I would stay here again

Liked: Stayed here several times. Hotel always clean and staff always friendly.

If we return to Carrollton,...

Liked: Great, kind, welcoming staff. Appreciate a continental breakfast with hot and cold options. Really great location.
Disliked: Undergoing renovations which is understandable. Within our room (222) the tub was very slippery as the skidproof layer was gone. Tv didn't work well - the screen turned pink several times and the menu would not respond at times. This made transitions to "getting ready" with kids a little more work. Fortunately, the renovation wasn't really a bother
