We were in town for a Rod Stewart Concert and our entire experience was positive. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The front desk (Barbara and Jerrold) assisted us with directions and answered our questions. The breakfast was plentiful. The room was great and the bed was like sinking into a marshmallow! I fell asleep immediately. Definitely would stay again and have already recommended it to friends.

Disliked: The doors slammed so loud, they need to fix that! Horrible for light sleepers… bathrooms didn’t smell great- but staff were soo soo friendly, sweet and helpful

Liked: Bed and pillows are very comfortable. The entire hotel seemed very clean. Breakfast is always good and well stocked, except we run out of the higher octane coffee often
Disliked: Not one channel on the TV that shows westerns.
