We were in town for a Rod Stewart Concert and our entire experience was positive. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The front desk (Barbara and Jerrold) assisted us with directions and answered our questions. The breakfast was plentiful. The room was great and the bed was like sinking into a marshmallow! I fell asleep immediately. Definitely would stay again and have already recommended it to friends.
Liked: The whole stay.
Disliked: No negatives.

The AC was broken in...
Disliked: I didn’t like that the sign out front to show the driveway was not lit up. I missed the driveway at night when it was dark.

Liked: Was told only had 1 room reserved not 2. When showed reservation was told “well you booked through Booking.com that’s your problem. We can’t do anything you will need to take it up with them”
Disliked: Attitude of person at the front desk. Extremely rude and demeaning.

Very clean, friendly hotel with...
Liked: Everything in the room was very clean, for a pet friendly hotel, this means a lot of work to deep clean like this. Beds were very comfortable!Breakfast was diverse and nutritious and staff was very attentive to clean any spills, replenish foods, etc. Checkout was a breeze.All staff members were exceptionally professional and seemed relaxed at the same time.
