Bad
Disliked: When you rent a room like my family did, there was like 10 rooms due to a death , we could not sit in the lobby to talk to each other!! We come from all over the states! It wasn’t a vacation!! When all we wanted to do was sit and talk together, you guys ruined that. I will not stay at Hampton ever again.

Exceptional
Liked: The entire facility was great! Staff was above and beyond. We were impressed with the hot breakfast and that it changed everyday and tasted great!
Disliked: There was snow and ice while we were there and parking lot was not plowed or salted, just the entrance making it slick to walk across the parking lot all 4 days.

Liked: I liked the cleanliness and accommodations the staff made for me after the room I booked and paid for wasn't available upon arrival.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that I selected a specific room for my stay and it wasn't available when I arrived. Staff response was its was booked through a third party and the third party doesn't confirm room availability before booking .

Liked: location
Disliked: system was down and room was double booked, my son was going to stay in the room but after being double booked he decided not to stayso I paid for a room that no one stayed in and because it was double booked and had another couple in my son didn't want to stay. I will not recommend.

It was a great stay!
Liked: I had a bad experience in the breakfast but the reception staff Brandia and her Manager Brenda changed my bad experience to great. Brenda takes the comfort of the customers very seriously but my shoutout is for Brandia. She is beyond amazing!!! If am going to stay again in this hotel it will be because of Brandia!! She is amazingly courteous and made my stay worth because of the way she treated me. I hope she gets promoted soon!
