Okay stay in Wytheville, but...

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Nice that there were two elevators.
Disliked: Hotel was apparently being renovated. Our bedroom had a cracked window and bathroom in need of some updating and repairs.

Worst Hampton Inn ever!

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The elevator doors would open before it came to a stop for the various floors. The elevators shook and grinded as they went up or down. The shower lacked any water pressure. Tiles were broken and wall paper was peeling in our room. Sauna did not work. Hot tub/jacuzzi did not work. My wife and I both got sick to our stomachs shortly after eating breakfast.

Liked: Very happy with the staff and the room. Nice towels.
Disliked: We could not get the guide to work on the tv.

Liked: The lady at front desk was very nice and helpful. Very accommodating and professional. The lady in the food area was also very nice and worked very hard to get things ready and keep up with the food supply.
Disliked: It was ok for our purpose. Wanted to use pool and it was not in use.

Liked: Beds were comfortable and very clean. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Bathroom kind of small

Staff amazing but it needs...

Liked: Once the renovation is done I would love it. The staff was all helpful and nice. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom behind the door was rusty. The toilet was hard to flush and it just needed help.

Get Stop Off Point On...

Liked: Was traveling home from a vacation down south and this was suggested by a family member as a good spot to stop for a layover. It was perfect! Located right off the highway, and the staff recommended a great restaurant in town. We took their advice and had a great dinner before heading back for a restful night in our room. Room was clean and comfortable!
