The friendly employees and delicious...

Liked: The breakfast was great. There were so many choices and all were delicious. The hot breakfast items included eggs, sausage, waffles, hash browns and oatmeal. There were three different types of cereal, cut fresh fruit, whole fruit, and yogurt.There were varieties of juice, coffee and water.Another nice thing is the hotel gives you bottled water on check in.
Disliked: The bed was a bit uncomfortable. It felt like the mattress was worn.

A Favorite Stay

Liked: We have been coming here since our kids - now adult parents - were younger. So, it IS an older hotel. However, it is kept clean, the beds are so comfortable, and we love the showers! The breakfast is always great, has a variety of choices from proteins to fresh fruits, and the tables are clean! The coffee was very good and smooth. A tidy room and eating area are important to us. While we do not have the kids who loved to pile into the British phone booth out front, we still have reasons to enjoy coming here. It is close to so many restaurants and shopping places, we always try something new. For this stay, we discovered Jason's Deli, which has amazing beef and cheddar subs that come with au jus for dipping. Delicious! They also have FREE soft-serve ice cream! Our room was between the ice dispenser area and the elevators. Perfect. It was quiet and we rested well. Thank you for another nice stay!
Disliked: One of the attendants at the front desk needs to make sure to brush her teeth! Otherwise, everyone else was clean, very nice, and attentive. The Hilton chains need to offer Stevia sweetener! Those pink, yellow, and blue sweeteners are carcinogens!
