Liked: I truly enjoyed the variety and quality of the food offered, and the fact that it was available as early as 6:30 AM was extremely helpful, allowing me to have breakfast before heading out for my morning appointment.

Liked: Staff were amazing. They were very friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond when we requested assistance. There was also always a staff at reception which helps us feel safer, and a staff at the breakfast buffet for help too. Hotel room was very clean and nice. Everything was superb.
Disliked: Room neighbour was screaming at 3:30am, although not the hotel's fault.

Liked: Very clean, comfortable, location is good.
Disliked: The breakfast in the morning was good however the serving of it could use process improvement. Many times the items were not re-filled in a timely manner and guests had to wait. The reason was told to us as ‘everyone came for breakfast at once’. I don’t think that was the first time this happened as I am sure the hotel is full of guests particularly on weekends and many people ned to be accommodated in the breakfast room at once. The kitchen staff and breakfast room staff need to improve the way they provide breakfast.
