Disliked: There were mysterious streaks of liquid on the walls. The bathroom floors were unclean, and when my feet touched the bare floor, the sensation was unpleasant.

Liked: The gentleman on third shift was very helpful and kind.
Disliked: The showers didn’t drain and it smelled when I showered the morning we checked out. I was ankle deep in water in about four minutes and the water wasn’t drained when we were leaving the room to check out. The shower drain was difficult to operate and there was a screw coming out of the shower handle. There was wood debris under the refrigerator and it was humid in the room.

Disliked: bathroom floor could have been cleaner, dirt in corners no body wash. Ice machine on first floor broken

Disliked: Key wouldn't work for my door. Had ti try it several times. Had to use a different machine for the keycard

The hotel was not worth...

Liked: The breakfast was good and Jean was very kind.
Disliked: How dirty the rooms were, the black mold in the fridge, the broken air conditioner in the lobby, the lack of dinner services, the broken pool, the broken toilet. Overall it was not a pleasant stay. All of these things happened despite the price of the stay costing more than usual. I sincerely hope this is not the new standard for this hotel.
