Liked: The bed was very comfortable ! Lots of pillows and extra blankets . Super clean and quiet . Breakfast was Amazing ! And staff were so nice and quick ! Will be back soon

Disliked: Room wouldn’t heat up. Couldn’t get it to come up to temp and we were there for 2 nights. I did what the staff said, but it didn’t work.

Disliked: We stayed for two nights. I stayed in 408 by myself and my son and his Family of four stayed in 209. We left early in the morning on Saturday came back at 7 o’clock-ish and bed wasn’t made no fresh towels very disappointing. Had to go downstairs and get new towels. It was the first night because it was no electricity, but electricity was on but no TV, my son went to tournament. My daughter-in-law left my granddaughter and the elevator wasn’t working and she had to go down the stairs with the luggage was disappointing but the staff was very nice. The valet parking attendants was very nice . The vet was comfortable for the price that I paid anyway 200 a night Melissa I don’t know what my son paid very disappointing
