Staff was great but hotel...

Liked: The staff was outstanding
Disliked: My room smelled musty odor (personally I think it was sofa in the room)There was these drain flies allll over the place. When my room was cleaned one of the pillows had a huge yellow stain on the pillow. I notified the staff regarding the sheets and pillow and was given new bedding. When I told housekeeper about the musty smell and the housekeeper told me yeah that room we can never get the smell out

Disliked: Lukewarm coffee. Plastic utensils and paper plates at breakfast. Paper cups in the room. No glasses.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the oatmeal and waffles. Eggs, bacon and sausage were avoided over appearance.
Disliked: Overall room price was too high.
