False advertising on not satisfied

Liked: False advertisement I wanted a room that was advertised to have 1 king bed 1 full bed and pull out sofa and they blamed the false advertisement on booking . Com and was not going to do anything to rectify it except for blame it on me booking through a 3rd party not ever staying at this hotel again and I am always in that area

One of my guests had to sleep on the floor because there was not even room to put a cot in there. not ever staying at this hotel again and I am always in that area

Just the tip

Liked: Location, pool, the free breakfast was ok.
Disliked: The room had cobwebs on one light. Items from the last guest were stuck in the cushion of a chair. Only one large towel for a room booked for two ppl. Just thought it was over priced. No bar or restaurant
