Liked: I eat oatmeal and toast for breakfast. So, it was fine.
Disliked: The commode in the room was shaky when I tried to get off it. It would be better if the commode was at comfort height.

Disliked: Pool was closed and they didn't let me know before hand. That was the main reason I rented room was for my daughter to get to enjoy the pool and me enjoy the hot tub. Very disappointed

Disliked: I had a blind child the elevator was broken and we had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs cause they couldn’t accommodate a first floor room

Disliked: Terrible experience elevators not working, only rooms available were on the third floor. Staff did not want to accommodate us on first floor when we requested we are senior citizens and have difficulty climbing stairs. Staff was very quick to offer us to cancel our reservation explaining we will not be charged for our reservation because they can over ride any charges. Staff could not provide an estimate time when elevator would be repaired and again ask if we wanted to cancel. Staff not willing accommodate or work with us or provide other locations nearby. Our reservation was cancelled and we stayed at different location
