Liked: Clean, wonderful shower, room darkening shades
Disliked: I fell on some ice outside the back door. I reported it the front desk… they did not ever ask how I was. Later asked me to fill out an incident report, when I showed up to do that, it was already done. Still didn’t ask how I was.

Liked: Enjoyed the fireplace in the front lobby. Breakfast was much better than a typical hotel - hot and cold items, pastries not wrapped in cellophane. Coffee and tea available all day and fresh cookies at check in. All areas were very clean and well kept. Location is perfect if you’re going to the VA hospital.
Disliked: Person who checked us in was not very knowledgeable. He said there were no restaurants in town. We found at least 3 online. He didn’t tell us about breakfast times or offer wi fi information. The room was too hot. We put the thermostat on cool. The fan ran all night, but the temperature never dropped below 70.

Disliked: When I made a request for accessible for Deaf through booking., I was assigned a room that had no accessible for Deaf person. Later it was very cold as I tried to turn the heat up but not working, I complained to the front desk person. He assigned me a different room that has an accessible for Deaf person. I got a different room and it was finally warm and it was an accessible room. How come that he assigned me the regular room when i had a request for an accessible for Deaf person at first place? Plus the first room had no heat working!.. Glad that he switched a different room for me.
