Liked: Furniture of this hotel are modern and beautiful. Clean rooms and facilities well maintained, excellent breakfast, overall I would say an excellent hotel.
Disliked: The front desk staff could be more cordial and empathetic.

Not comfortable

Disliked: First, a man at the front desk greeted me, practically scolding me because the card used to make the reservation had declined when he went to process the payment. Of course, if the reservation stated payment at the property and I hadn't arrived, then he canceled the reservation without justification. The man seemed a little annoyed. I don't understand why. I had another card to pay, the payment was made, and that was it. That was my not-so-pleasant welcome at 12:15 p.m.On the other hand, I don't understand why they don't instruct the housekeepers. We're supposed to be arriving to sleep. We were tired from our trip, and it was a Sunday. But the housekeeping team, with their radios at full volume, were shouting and banging on doors and walls in every room they entered. So, the housekeeping team's goal is to wake up the entire hotel so we'll leave early? That's crazy.
