Very happy with our stay

Liked: I just had a one night stay with my teenager to see a concert. The desk staff gentleman was very kind and welcoming, he wished us fun when we were heading out to the concert and when we returned he asked us how it was etc. The room appeared very clean and organized, no complaints. The beds were comfortable too. The complimentary breakfast was a nice spread of multiple options. I was also delighted they had flavored coffee creamer.
Disliked: Honestly nothing I can think of.

Great customer service.

Liked: Booking.com failed to keep the confirmation . Jack, at the hotel, attempted in many ways to get booking.com to send the confirmation code to him so that he could check us in. He honored the confirmation even though booking.com did not.
