Liked: I didn’t eat, but they helped me find a A Coke My daughter liked the breakfast. I was there for Cataract surgery.
Disliked: Booking.com did not have a reservation made for us, but they refunded the money for the stay.

Great hotel!

Liked: Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, hot and big hot tub, clean room and nice beds. No complaints. I have stayed here 3 times in 2024 so far. Great hotel.
Disliked: I have stayed mid week 3 times now and the rate is still $200. I wish it was better priced but the hotel is great.

Liked: Property was conveniently located. Lobby is inviting. Staff was nice at front desk. They have a small pantry store with snacks and drinks that you can charge to the room.
Disliked: The beds are horrible.My husband and I tossed and turned all night because it felt like we were sleeping on the floor. Also, although you can charge the pantry store items to your room, the front desk did not verify that we indeed were in the room we were in and did not provide a receipt for our purchases. They just asked what room and then said ok. Very casual about it. It’s an odd business practice.
