Liked: Very clean room, great hot breakfast.
Disliked: The pool AND fitness center were closed for renovations. We were there as a family of 3 for our sons 7th birthday and it really stunk that he could t go swimming, that was the main reason I booked at Hampton. For $169 for the night, the king bed was super small and felt barely larger than a queen. It was the smallest king I've slept in at a hotel.

Liked: The breakfast was exceptional. Everything was nice and clean. The dining area was spotless. It was just so nice to sit and enjoy my surroundings.
Disliked: I noticed on the surface of my electronic tablet there was a lot of dust when I would sit on the bed, as opposed to sitting at the table.. I can only assume it was from the bed spread. It was very scratchy.

Liked: good breakfast, best we had in any hotel as wwe travelled north from S Carolina to Canada
Disliked: although lobby/breakfast area was bright the room was so gloomy -- just one light be the bed and a desk light where we put the computer. I knit or sew to pass time and it was so dark I had to go and sit on the toilet in the bathroom which had good light, Also , although it was a large room there was no-where to sit. Fancy designed furniture for a double occupancy room but only one swivel chair -- so from checkin at 3pm till bedtime the only place for the second person was to lie on the bed or sit on the toilet. Furniture rearranged there could easily been space for a chair. Yes, one could go to the lobby to sit but that's just not convenient

Liked: The location is next to basically everything you can think of. They gave us a 1230 checkout time.
Disliked: The bed, the cleanliness was not good at all. I was never acknowledged by any staff members besides housekeeping when I was packing to leave. At checkin i was only told about pool being opened till 1050pm and nothing else at all about their property or breakfast. They felt judgemental. It was like the whirlpool room was vacant for a month to be honest, for cleanliness was not good at all. Alot of noise, their doors slam very hard if you dont be careful. Other guests and staff just let them slam all the time. The pillows aren't even pillows as they sunk and felt like your sleeping on basically nothing. I'm not sure why their like that but I swear you have to ask for 10 just to maybe feel comfortable. Woke up so many times barely slept between no pillow and my back hurting.

Disliked: There was no parking when we got back from a long dance competition night and had to go in to complain there was no parking. However, the man on that night was very nice and apologized and found a solution, but it was frustrating
