Loved the staff and location

Liked: Breakfast was very good every morning. The staff is amazing. They went above and beyond for us and really helped us out.
Disliked: I wish there were certain rooms or floors that didn’t allow pets. My wife has terrible allergies and had breathing issues because of the dander in the rooms. It could be arranged for the whole 5th floor (or similar area)to be pet free very easily I think.

Hampton Inn was clean, comfortable,...

Liked: The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The shower was new, quite large, and had good doors so water didn't get all over the bathroom.Breakfast was good and they had plenty of gluten-free options, which is important to us.
Disliked: The sofa bed in the room was very uncomfortable. When you offer a sofa bed as an option, it should be comfortable enough to sleep a full night on, or you could offer a mattress topper to make it a workable option.

Clean facility, friendly staff, great...

Liked: Location was fine, breakfast was wonderful. Everything was refreshed every few minutes, and the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: All was fine
